Q: How to automatically restart a problem to solve it

A: Most automatic restart issues are caused by the power supply or mini SD card. Please gradually try the solution:

1.My machine must use the original cigarette lighter power supply in the box, please do not use other power cords to start!

2.The working voltage of the product is 12v, the output voltage is 5V, the current is 3A, please make sure the working voltage environment, please connect and start in the car.

3. If it keeps shutting down and restarting, it means that the voltage is not enough, which may be related to the GPS connection and SIM card insertion, please don't insert the SIM card and GPS cable and try to start it.

If the above does not work, it means the power supply voltage of the cigarette lighter power cord is not enough, check whether the cigarette lighter meets the specification of 12V 3A, if you can not test it, please contact us to replace the power cord of the cigarette lighter.

Q: What versions of phones does Carplay/Android Auto support?
